Journal Journey July

Before We Begin: Your Journal Journey Starts Here

Welcome to our Week of Journal Prompts.

Before you write your first word, I want you to choose one simple tool: a journal.

It doesn't have to be expensive. It doesn't have to be leather-bound or filled with perfect pages. A simple notebook from a dollar store, grocery store, office supply store, or your favorite online retailer will do just fine.

What matters most is that it's yours.

Choose something that is:

- Small enough to carry in your bag or backpack.

- Easy to store on your nightstand or desk.

- Comfortable to write in.

- Inviting enough that you'll reach for it each day.

Think of your journal as a trusted companion rather than a project that has to be perfect. Its pages are meant to hold your thoughts, questions, dreams, prayers, reflections, and the pieces of yourself that deserve space to breathe.

You don't need beautiful handwriting.

You don't need the right words.

You only need a willingness to show up.

Over the next seven days, I'll share one journal prompt each day. There are no right or wrong answers, only honest ones. Some days may inspire gratitude. Others may uncover healing, clarity, or new possibilities.

My hope is that these prompts help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember that growth often begins with a single sentence.

So find a journal, grab your favorite pen, make yourself a cup of tea if you'd like, and let's begin this journey together, one page at a time.
