Day 4: Meet the Person You've Become
Over the last three days, you've told the truth, identified your needs, and questioned the stories you've been carrying.
Today isn't about what you've lost.
It's about recognizing what you've gained.
We spend so much time focusing on where we still need to grow that we rarely stop to appreciate how far we've already come.
✍🏽 Today's Prompt
Who have I become because of everything I've survived?
Then reflect on these questions:
What strengths have I developed through difficult seasons?
What challenge am I proud of overcoming?
What qualities do others see in me that I often overlook?
How have I grown emotionally, spiritually, or mentally?
What would my younger self admire about me today?
Reflection
You are not the same person you were a year ago.
Every setback taught you something. Every disappointment strengthened you. Every moment you thought you wouldn't make it...you did.
Pause long enough to honor the person you've become.
Affirmation
"I celebrate the strength I've built, the wisdom I've gained, and the person I am still becoming."
Today's Thought
Sometimes growth isn't becoming someone new. Sometimes it's finally recognizing the strength that has been within you all along.
Join me tomorrow for Day 5, where we'll make room for what comes next by letting go of what no longer belongs. ✍🏽🌿
