DAY 3: The Story You're Still Carrying

By now, you've faced a difficult truth and identified what you need.
Today, let's explore something deeper.
Many of us live by stories we've carried for years; stories shaped by disappointment, rejection, failure, or fear. Sometimes those stories protect us. Other times, they quietly keep us from becoming who we're meant to be.
✍🏽 Today's Prompt
What story have I been telling myself that no longer serves me?
Then reflect on these questions:
Where did this story begin?
Is this story based on facts or fear?
How has believing this story shaped my decisions?
What has this story cost me?
If I could rewrite this story today, what would it say instead?
Reflection
Not every story you've carried deserves a permanent place in your life.
Some chapters were meant to teach you—not define you.
You have permission to close the chapter without forgetting the lesson.
Affirmation: I am not confined by the stories of my past. Today, I choose to write a new chapter with courage, hope, and intention.
Today's Thought
You cannot rewrite yesterday, but you can decide that yesterday will no longer hold the pen.
Join me tomorrow for Day 4, where we'll focus on recognizing the strength that's been within you all along. ✍🏽🌿
