Day 2:

- 1 min read
Yesterday, you told yourself the truth.
Today, don't rush to fix it.
Instead, give yourself permission to ask a question we often avoid:
"What do I need?"
We're so accustomed to meeting everyone else's needs that we sometimes forget our own. Today is about listening; not to the world's expectations, but to your own heart.
✍🏽 Today's Prompt
What do I truly need in this season of my life that I've been denying myself?
Then reflect on these questions:
What has been draining me?
What restores my peace?
Where do I need stronger boundaries?
What do I need to forgive myself for?
What is one thing I can give myself this week that I've been waiting for someone else to provide?
Reflection
Your needs are not a burden.
They are not selfish.
They are signals.
Ignoring them doesn't make them disappear;

it only teaches you to abandon yourself.
Today, choose to listen.
Affirmation
"I honor my needs without guilt. Caring for myself allows me to show up more fully for the life I'm creating."
A Gentle Reminder
You don't have to earn rest. You don't have to earn peace. You don't have to earn your worth.

Sometimes the most healing thing you can do is finally give yourself what you've been asking everyone else to provide.
