Download Policy

All digital products are delivered electronically.

Upon successful purchase, customers will receive an order confirmation email containing access to their downloadable product(s). Please ensure that the email address provided at checkout is accurate.

If you do not receive your download within a reasonable period of time, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder before contacting us.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or returns.

This policy applies to all digital products, including but not limited to e-books, guides, worksheets, templates, journals, printable materials, and other downloadable content.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase or believe you received the incorrect file, please contact us and we will gladly assist in resolving the issue.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products we offer, all sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and all available details before placing an order.

Exceptions may be considered only if:

• The incorrect item was received.

• The item arrived damaged during shipping.

• The item is defective upon arrival.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with photographs of the item and packaging.

Approved claims may result in a replacement item, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you need assistance with a recently placed order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations, we will make every reasonable effort to assist before fulfillment begins.
